Chardoisie Touraine Sauvignon Blanc, Loire, France:
This is a baby Sancerre and produced using natural yeasts giving a complex wine with perfect balance.

Big Top White Zinfandel Rose, California, USA:
Strawberry ice cream on the nose supported by a bright, fruit packed strawberry jam palate.


Villa de las Musas Tempranillo, Navarra, Spain:
Made close to the border with Rioja this has fresh varietal fruit and well balanced structure.

Bellefontaine Cabernet Sauvignon, Languedoc, France:
Quite ripe blackcurrant and wild berry fruits on the nose with a hint of grassy herbs, medium to full-bodied black fruits balanced by dry-ish grip and length offered by underlying but not overpowering tannins.

Soldiers Block Shiraz, McLaren Vale, Australia:
Bright and lifted shiraz with aromas of summer fruit pudding, mulberry and black pepper. The palate offers notes of vanilla and chocolate, combining elegance and length on the finish.
